There are many different organizations working to stop human trafficking and child prostitution.  Some operate out of Southeast Asia and others work out of the U.S., mostly aiming at a global end to this trade.  Some different organizations include:

The Somaly Mam Foundation which is a nonprofit public charity committed to ending sex labor. Lead by Cambodian activist, Somaly Mam, the foundation focuses on getting to the root of human trafficking, working in the United States and South East Asia and aiming to expand to other countries around the world.

The International Justice Mission is a U.S.-based Christian human rights organization which operates in Thailand to rescue brothel workers held in 'sexual slavery'.

FACE or, Fighting Against Child Exploitation, is an organization that focuses on child prostitution and trafficking and is the main partner of the UN in the country of Thailand, where child prostitution is also prevalent.
